RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to most of our items being perishable, there will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted for perishable items, unless we’ve made an error with your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on in-store merchandise or gift cards. Store credit will be granted on a case-by-case basis, but our goal is always to have you leave happy. We are not able to offer refunds in cases where the product was baked and decorated correctly.

Standard orders may be canceled, without penalty, by noon no fewer than two days in advance of the scheduled pick up date.
Custom decorated cookie orders may be canceled without penalty at least one week in advance of the pick up date.
Corporate, catering and wedding orders may be canceled without penalty at least two weeks in advance of the event date.
We are not responsible for any damages done to cakes, cookies, merchandise, that leave our bakery when we aren’t delivering them.
